I also recommend that mix, it isn't ideal if there are large pieces (pellets I assume) since they need the smaller seeds. If you can find some dried shrimp those are less fatty than mealworms and dwarfs seem to like them, I've got them off Ratrations before. The crickets/grasshoppers can be a bit & miss sometimes.
