Hey hun. I'm a newbie like you. I got gerald last Wednesday. He has his dry mix all the time. I do refill it everyday I dont want it to get stale. He has another little bowl where i give fresh every night. Sometimes it's not all ate so in a morning I'll take it out and refill it for tea. It's not a lot and its chopped up tiny but he seems to enjoy it.

He goes crazy for cucumber. Even the smell when i bring it.

Not sure I'm any help as I'm new lol.
