Yes I wondered about that. He seems very well and active in himself though and doesn't seem in pain - hard to tell if it is just the practical issue of the lumps getting in the way.

After the vet made a mistake with the syringe markings and the dose was worked out via his weight by another vet and elsewhere at 0.01ml I decided to play on the safe side with that.

He is probably getting more like 0.02ml anyway is it's such a tiny amount to measure so I just put one full drop in (which seems to be slightly over 0.01ml!)
