She may need her vitamins supplemented. On antibiotics most of the gut bacteria is killed off so they don't digest the food properly and don't extract the correct vitamins. The B vits in particular are needed for healthy skin. Maybe try a small animal multivitamin changed daily in the water? is she on a probiotic to boost he gut bacteria up again?
