Did she fall inside the cage? If so you'll need to make sure there aren't any big drops, they'll often climb bars so it's a bit of a risk and it'll need setting up carefully. Things like little screw in shelves all the way round can help break falls. But it sounds like he is ok and was just in a bit of shock, although it would be best to keep an eye on him. It may have set things back a bit but try not to worry and just take things slowly until he regains confidence. Sometimes you will have setbacks during taming, it's not uncommon so just keep persevering.
