If she has a small litter - it's more likely she may have 6 or so the young male pups are usually accepted just fine by the dad. The females can stay with mum.
Some UK stores do provide items so the owner of a pregnant hamster they have sold so that they can raise the litter. Do you mean you have sold one of the cages? One of them can always live in a large storage bin till the new cage arrives. I'd keep the male until you see if she does have pups. If she doesn't you will just have two happy hammies in decent cages that you can care for.
