Oh my goodness - poor little thing. I hope the second antibiotic helps.

7 am and 7pm is fine. I would try putting at least one of the pain relief meds in some baby food. Put out at 7pm. If it hasn't been eaten by bedtime you could syringe her then with it. But she probably will lick it all up if it's tasty - much more interesting than hamster food.
