Oh sorry. Which country are you in? If it is difficult to find good wheels where you are then you just have to do the best you can - but the worst kind are the mesh ones - they are so dangerous - so many places feet and legs could get trapped.
If you couldn't find anything else than that one you linked isn't too bad - if it's the right size for the hamster. And just check the wood over for splinters eg. I am a bit concerned that, when the photo is enlarged, you can see the gaps where the back joins the running track and maybe the odd gap between the slats and running track - ie a toe could get caught. But it could be fine or you could doctor it a bit.

With a plastic cake "pan" and an old pc hard drive centre for ball bearings.
