I wouldn't get it. Is it for a Syrian or dwarf hamster? If it's for a Syrian (Teddy bear) hamster it's too small. Also the way it's made there are little gaps/wood slats in the running track that toes can get caught in. It is probably cheaply made and would fall apart in no time. There are much better options.
If you're in the US, exotic nutrition sell wodent wheels and Silent "Runners" (not silent "Spinners" which aren't silent and don't spin that well).
For a dwarf hamster the 8" wodent wheel or 9" Silent Runner is good. For a Syrian hamster the 11" Wodent wheel or 12" Silent runner is good. The Amazon site you linked does sell both those wheels but at rather expensive prices - they are much cheaper from Exotic nutrition (I'll link them below). Both these wheels are tried and tested and safe. Both have good smooth running tracks. The Silent runner is silent (it has ball bearings) and spins really well and has a very safe sturdy stand - it can also be mounted on cage bars with a separate attachment.

The other wheel that is popular in the US and safe is the 10" Carolina Storm wheel - but that is quite expensive and the other two are just fine.
