Thank you for sharing Desi's story Vectis.

I remember when I first thought about breeding I felt that it was important to have an understanding that things can go wrong because despite your best efforts, they do sometimes and stories like this just go to show that breeding isn't all about cute baby hamsters and happy new owners.

I am glad Desi pulled through her surgery and I hope she has a speedy recovery.
