That wooden wheel is a good wheel, she may still be able to climb on it though & it would need painting with Plastikote before use.
It's hard to see how long her teeth are in the photos really, keep an eye on how she's eating if she seems to be having difficulty or stops eating her usual food it may be that they're getting too long.
