There can be repercussions for yourself if you name and shame suppliers online therefore we have a rule that does not allow this. Your first port of call must be the manufacturer or supplier so that they can look in to your complaint. If you have had a bad experience with a product then make sure you send them pictures of what has happened and keep the item for return.
