Sunflower seeds, barley, wheat and pumpkin seeds are all fine to sprout and give to your hamsters these are the ones I mainly give to my hamsters. cypher's thread regarding sprouting seeds is really informative and a useful source.

Although I am unsure whether Turtle black beans would be safe or not - as I have never heard of them myself.
