You should neverbreed pet store hamsters as it’s impossible to know their genetic background and you would most likely breed very unhealthy hamsters. With partially white (ie banded) hamsters it’s pretty much impossible to tell if they carry the eyeless white gene which would cause multiple hamsters in the litter to be born without eyes and teeth, these hamsters are lucky if they live over a month because as well as not being able to eat solid food, they often have fatal internal deformities.

Hamster genetics is a lot more complicated than “this colour” + “this colour” = “that colour”.
