I definitely wouldn't feed Mr Johnson Advance Hamster food as it's not a good mix, I also agree that lab blocks or pellets aren't really a good way to feed hamsters.
What you can feed does depend on where you are but in the UK most people feed Syrian hamsters Harry Hamster food, the ones mangoandmimi mentioned are good too & a more natural type of mix.
Not all Syrians enjoy mealworms or other insects but if that's the case a little dried or plain cooked chicken or plain tofu can be given for extra protein.
