It can be difficult getting breeder hams in many areas, have you checked to see if there may be any hamster shows you might be able to attend? Not sure if there would be any close enough or not but that is one way of getting a breeder ham as there are usually some for sale.
If not then many people do buy hams from P@H or other pet shops, I don't know about Petcorner but often you can find small independent pet shops which are a good place to look.
