That`s so true souffle. Rescue animals deserve another, better home to recieve the love and attention they require. I feel that taking on rescues is such a rewarding thing to do because not only are you giving that small animal a life it has never known, but picking up the pieces of others who originally bought the animal without really wanting it.
All my rodents (four mice, four gerbils and three hamsters) are all rehomes. I would`nt have it any other way.
I just adore them all.
There are so many people out there who live alone, or are elderly, but don`t have company too often and a hamster could bring these people the company and happiness they have never known. I strongly believe that.
