Hi all, I have recently adopted a gorgeous Syrian hamster from Pets at Home. She is a great character and settling well. However, she is not like my previous hamsters as she wees in the opposite corner to the sand box instead of in it! And her urine is incredibly smelly! How can I encourage her to use the sand box please??? Many thanks!
