Progress has been a bit of the two steps forward one step back dance but we are coming on & when she does get scared she still just goes to the back of her cage for a moment or two then comes back out to investigate.
Opening the cage door has been a bit scary for her but we overcame that last night & she took her first treat straight from my hand, she was running in her wheel when I offered her a little piece of walnut & she kept stretching out & sniffing but was a bit reluctant to leave the safety of her wheel, I usually keep my hand still & let them come to me but I reached closer & she gently took it from my fingers, had a little nibble then went back to running with the walnut crashing around with her, I think i might have scared her a little laughing!
