Baths can work sometimes but often I’ve found it’s been too large for taming. Are you sitting in the bath with her? If so it sounds like it’s too soon for that. If you’re not, baths really aren’t the best for taming as the sides are so tall that you’re almost directly above them, which doesn’t help. Maybe get a taming bin or some kind of smaller enclosure and see how that works.

I’d also limit taming sessions to a short amount of time - even as short as 5-10 minutes a time - and slowly increase it as she gets more confident. Otherwise they will just become increasingly nervous about each session. You can even try two shorter sessions instead of one. Have you tried putting tissue up your wrist or something then placing it in the cage? Sometimes it helps with getting more familiar with you.
