What is she biting at? It's hard to imagine what she would be able to get a hold on with her teeth in a bin cage. If she's scratching at it I wouldn't think she'd manage to make a hole.
It may just be because it's new & she's exploring her boundaries & adjusting to the new cage.
Give her plenty to distract her, toys, whimzee dog chews, try scatter feeding or hiding food in little cardboard parcels so she has to forage & work at it.
