Well done Coco and Maestro, I was very pleased to see you both do so well.

This is very much a guinea pig show however I think it was originally started as a cavy show and then at some point the other fancies were invited along but it’s nice to mix with the other fancies occasionally, particularly as many hamster exhibitors keep other species such as gerbils or guinea pigs too.

In terms of the main show, the Syrian Best in Show was won by Grantabrugge and the Syrian Reserve Best in Show by Bourne Valley. Both of the top dwarf placings went to Somershire Hamsters.

I missed having Matthew on my show team but most of the hamsters I took came home with a placing in their straight classes.

Lilliput’s Benjamin F. Pierce at Metallica
3rd Dominant Spot Chinese

Lord Alexander James Cormes of Metallica failed to impress and came home empty handed.
