A humped back is typically an illusion; with the real issue being that she’s hunched over. It could be a sign of aging, but to be honest, 20 months is fairly young for a Syrian to be that aged. She may be feeling ill, especially given that she’s lost weight. Do you have any pictures of her? Seeing those could help us to recommend the best course of action. I however, would highly recommend you see a vet anyways. Hunching over is never really a good sign in rodents.
