Like cypher has said there aren't many dog biscuits that are entirely safe/suitable for hamsters - the ingredients need to be closely looked at as some contain meat derivatives (which isn't good quality) among other ingredients which aren't safe for hamsters . I personally prefer to stick to natural hamster treats or seeds and nuts for my hamster.

Although the only treats that I give my hamsters which is marketed towards dogs are Whimzees plus Freeze dried chicken.
