Id probably completely replace the lid like I did for my old bin cage or just get someone else to mesh it for me haha I’m lookng into tanks but theyre all around £100+ which is a lot of money for a glass/plastic box.

Sunflower Custard loves to climb and honestly Climby syrians in barred cages terrifies me (one of my childhood hamsters caught his leg climbing and i found him the next morning hanging upside down with a broken leg having died of shock).
