If you want a barred cage the Savic Mickey 2 is a good cage, basically the same basic cage as the Hamster Heaven without the tubes & penthouse but with narrower bar spacing which is safe for Robos & it's not too tall if they do climb the bars, it's a good size for a single ham but I think it would probably be suitable for a pair, not too big or too small. It does come with a mesh shelf which needs to be removed as that's not suitable for any ham but you don't need a shelf so not really a problem, on the downside it is quite an expensive cage.
Other than that you are really limited to tank style cages I think, I don't have much experience with them so not sure which would be the best.
