I think this has been covered up to a point in your other two threads really, if you have the tubes either vertical or too steep your ham won't be able to access them & if you have the tubes at an angle that's easy to climb then it will take up quite a lot of space in your detolf which being fairly narrow anyway is going to make it hard to create a really good set up for him or her.
I think you'd do better to just stick with the detolf which is big enough, if you do go ahead with the additions on top I would only put non essential things up there as your ham may not be able to or not want to use them.
