Slow down. Taming, handling and general interaction will happen at the hamster's pace, not yours. So for some it can take days for them to become friendly with you, others can take weeks or months, if at all. Forcing it, like grabbing them when they're not ready to be handled, will only stress them out and could result in a bitten finger or three. It could also set back the taming process.
