The picture isn't upside down for me! It looks really nice, I would suggest putting a panel on one of the sides too for better ventilation, you don't really get much air flow with just a panel on the top.
Which species of hamster do you have? I just saw from your other post that the bin is 22x30" which is a bit on the small side.
