Thank you for your lovely welcome dreamtree and TL.
We are making progress. Maestro likes fresh water and the sound of his bottle being changed is the signal for him to venture out. I have been talking to him a lot and he is coming more to the front of the cage to say hello. He has not come onto the big front door for a couple of nights so I let him stay in the cage. Tonight though, he climbed out. That is the advantage of the big front door. Before we had some time with him running over me and through my hands, I tried for a couple of photos. One handed with a new baby is not easy and I did not want flash in his face. His colour is a bit washed out but still lovely.
