Hello,

Sometimes they get out in the daytime for a drink or drink when you are asleep. A good way is to make a mark on the bottle level and see if it goes down a bit.

If you are really concerned you could offer a piece of cucumber or apple as a water source but make sure it isn't stored as can go mouldy
