Agree that you do need to put more things in there, bendy bridges are good to climb on & hide under, small cardboard boxes & tubes would be good too, mine love the egg boxes, I usually put some substrate in then hide some food or treats in there for them.
You could use a cardboard box to make a bigger house too.
It's hard to tell from the photo but what size wheel do you have? It looks a little small but not sure.

I used duct tape to join it, the access is the window I carved into the side of the original bin when I first made it (I removed the screen) and yes, I have been intending to put more playthings in there for him to use (did you see the little popsicle-stick swing? He loves sleeping under that) My wheel is 12in. Unfortunately, where I live the egg cartons are made of sharp plastic and not cardboard. I can make some cardboard hideouts soon.
