To help them with the change don't clean for a couple of weeks before or after other than spot cleaning pee, don't clean wheels or toys or substrate so everything retains their scent.
If you can arrange things in a similar layout that will help too, then just give them a little while to settle in without too much interference, once you've don't the swap don't move things around in the cage unless something really issn't working, they should be fine then.
