I would personally recommend having both the flying saucer and a traditional wheel in the cage. As like cypher says they can run in a position which isn't best therefore provide her with both wheel so she can choose which she prefers to use. She might also enjoy running back and forth between the 2 wheels like my girl does with her two upright wheels.

Good upright and silent wheels that I have and use for my girl are plastic Trixie wheel, wooden Trixie wheel, DIY bucket wheel as well as a Silent Runner. These all work really well and are all silent/fairly silent.
