Which wheels have you tried? The best really well made, silent wheel which is highly unlikely to break is the silent runner (not silent spinner!).
Thanks for the advice.Have you got a silent runner and where did you get it from.The only one I"ve seen is £38(UK).Perhaps too expensive for me, but I do agree with you that they seem to run strangely on the saucers I might put in another Trixie wheel and see which one my hamster uses most.There is lots of room fortunately in my cage, for the saucer.Have you any other suggestions for reliable brands of traditional wheels that are 11 or 12 inches(plastic). Thanks.🙂x
