Default Caroline and Elaina

I've had these two sisters for nearly 6 months now

Originally they were in the same cage but due to fighting, they are separate and happy.

They seem to be very different, for being from the same litter.
Elaina is the grey one, she's very hyper, food driven and clever.
Caroline is albino, shy, sleepy and missing a back claw. Nicknamed stubby.

There both territorial, and with encouragement will play on strangers hands.
Sadly they only let me get them out of there cages, although my house-mates try.

I weighed them today and there dramatically different, Elaina is 52g and Caroline is 35g.
I feed them the same basic food but Elaina has mealworms weekly and Caroline hates them. I've given her a treat stick instead but she's still small.
And ideas of food to fatten her up?
