Syrians usually live to about 2 years, some may live up to about two & a half, they all age individually though & some can begin to show signs of age by about 18 months.
Russian hams tend to live to about two, robos I'm not sure of, Chinese can live to 3 or older but not all do.
If your ham is not yet 18 months & appears to be slowing down it could be a health issue rather than age so do a health check just to be sure.
