Sunflower seeds are a great treat for hams although they are very high in fat & should be given in moderation.
Make sure you get the sunflower seeds in the shells not the shelled sunflower "hearts". It much better for them to have them in the shells as it helps keep teeth trim & just having to work a bit for the seed is a form of enrichment.
Some seeds sold for birds are fine for hams but not all so you would need to check them individually & not give just any bird seeds.
