Yes it will all be easier when she has her new cage. Maybe when you do the cleans in the little cage you could leave her nest and hoard (or put them back) and sprinkle a bit of the old substrate back on top of the new so it smells familiar. And just clean the wheel a different time. Or don't clean the wheel- then she may start using it lol!
