Thank you hellobg! That is a great review. The cage is also called the Skyline Speedy Gonzales on Amazon.de I think, and there's a version without the shelves called the Borneo (which Cypher has). It's probably the only cage with 7mm bars and a large front opening door. I was quite excited to see the link to the shop where you got it, but sadly they only ship within Germany. The Amazon sellers no longer ship to the Uk either (since Brexit!) but they are available on ebay from some sellers (takes some careful searching).
Is your cage for a dwarf hamster or a Syrian? I agree it is quite tall and there can be fall risks. That can be got round maybe. With the two shelves, if you have them at the same height you could almost make a full extra level, with the ladders sitting across the shelves at each end as kind of joining strips and something else for acess up to the level
