If she's had diarrhoea for a few days I would take her to the vet.
How extreme was the change & what else changed for her? Unless it was a really extreme change in temperature & she got too cold & stressed by it it would seem unlikely that the cold would have caused her symptoms.
Has she had any change in diet?
