If you have a look in the wiki section there's a short list of some plants that are or aren't safe to use, you need to scroll down a bit.

There are very few things you can grow as houseplants that are safe for hams, most tend to be weeds!
Herbs do have medicinal properties that are strong for hams so a tiny bit would be just a little piece of a leaf, maybe a nail sized piece & I wouldn't give the same herb more than once or maybe twice a week, remember too that some are very aromatic & may be a bit overwhelming for very sensitive little noses!
I'm not actually sure about pansies or purslane being safe tbh.
