Since I've recently lost my dear Percy, I've started to think of what will come next.
When I was looking around the nearby pet stores, I was actually considering gerbils because there were no hammie boys at any store... Until the last one I went to!
If anything, I want something similar to a hammy in care and housing and such. Gerbils, rats, my mom won't let me have rats though.
I love love looove hamsters, but there are no breeders nearby, so I have to go to stores and that tends to end in a short life which is too sad for me.
Today Inwas talking about this with my mom and I realized... Hey, what about Hedgehog??
After some light research, I realized that a hedgehog is the perfect fit for me. There are even three hedgehog breeders near my home! They are pricey, so I'll just have to wait and save up.
I'm excited about this ^^
I live in Washington state, ig you have any ideas of pets I could consider, please don't be afraid to add. And any thoughts or conversation is welcome. :3
