Hi everyone!
I was wondering if I could house a Syrian in a Guinea Pig cage which will be meshed with half an inch mesh. The cage dimensions are 120cm by 60cm. I am a little worried as I don’t want it to excape and I am purchasing it quite young. I am purchasing it young because my local rescue was looking for people to adopt some hamsters from an accidental litter. When they become of age to be sold I am hoping to get one.
I just want to check if this would be appropriate for a Syrian and if the bar space will be too big.
