Hello!! My name’s Ashley and i’m not only new to this website, but i’m also new to the hamster community!! I’ve wanted a hamster for a while & i’ve done some research, but because i already own a dog and a cat, my parents don’t want to get any other pets (probably because ive been asking for another dog, lol) so i never asked, but tonight I decided to look deeper and get any information about hamsters i possibly can, and I came across this website. I’ve been doing research for about 3 hours now, so i know a little bit already and I know the species of hamster I would like to get, but i don’t know enough to where i feel comfortable & confident on getting one
I’m open to ANY advice or tips y’all have, whether it’s more information about species of hamsters, where the best place to get them is, how to best care for them, the best environment for them to live in, etc. Thank you, and i’m super excited to (hopefully) become a first time hamster owner!!
