As CMB says just spot clean for now, for at least the first month you want to keep all cleaning to an absolute minimum so you ham can feel settled & not be stressed by having his scent removed from the cage.
You can spot clean any pee as often as you need to but the rest of the cage can be done just one part, maybe a half or third, at a time once every few weeks, you rarely need to clean very much & if you clean the nest area you should always put some of the old nest material back, same goes for the food hoard.
If he's not hand tamed & you need to get him out for cleaning find something he'll be happy to climb into, a tube, mug or box then put him into his carrier with a nice layer of substrate, you could scatter a few treats in there too & he'll be fine while you have a bit of a clean up.
As SunnyOy said you don't need to use detergents or any cleaners, at most a wipe down with a damp paper towel is all that you'll need & you only really need to do that if anything has got peed on.

SunnyOy a hamster in a ball needs close supervision at all times & you can't do that while cleaning the cage & leaving a new ham trapped in a ball would be very stressful.
