That's around 70x30 cm which is it's only 10cm thinner than the recommended minimum size for dwarf hamsters so your Robo will definitely be fine in the bin cage for now  A healthy hamster in a slightly too small cage is a lot better than two fighting hammies stuck sharing a cage!
