I am so sorry about Penny xxx It is an incredibly hard decision to make and you made it out of love. Penny is free from suffering now. I understand the void completely - you can still grieve for Penny in your own way, while enjoying Nipper. I think it helps to have little quiet moments and some kind of memorial. I am sure you have plenty of room in your heart for both of them xxxx
