Cats are very territorial and can take a long time to settle in to a new place. One of ours took ages to figure out she didn't get fed on the bathroom any more when we moved - she'd been fed in the bathroom in the old place but never here but she'd still ahout every day for ages for her food from there first thing. The best thing I can suggest is to give her plenty of time & space. Cats & hamsters are surprisingly similar personality wise, I think. Make sure she has "safe" spaces to hide out - under the bed is good & somewhere higher she can observe from. And I don't know if you have products like feliway in the states but it's a plug in pheromone that can be calming. Something's spooked her but I'm sure she's settle back down in time.
