Default New baby Dwarf Hamster head leaning/tilting?

I haven't owned any Dwarfies in quite a few years so I may just be worrying over nothing, but here we are.

So an hour ago I came back with a young Russian Dwarf ham, and within a few minutes of watching him I noticed he will tilt his head to the right when he stops moving. I pointed it out to a housemate and they noticed it too when they knew what they were looking for.

So when he stops his whole head will turn with a slight tilt towards the right, almost like he's 'scanning the horizon'. He keeps going until it puts him off balance and then he'll continue moving, or in some cases, he'll keep going until something prevents his head from moving any further. I have noticed that it will also cause his left paw to lift up and sort of flop and drag, as though he's about to fall over. I haven't actually seen him fall but considering what I know of worst-case when it comes to head tilts, and I have only just got him, I'm concerned.
